Delete Your CertiVault Account
CertiVault users can request deletion of their account and associated CertiVault data.
Delete your account from the CertiVault app
If you still have access to CertiVault, use the account deletion option within the app. After you initiate deletion, your account enters a 30-day deletion period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion request from within CertiVault.
If the request is not canceled before the deletion period ends, your CertiVault account and associated user data are scheduled for permanent deletion.

If you no longer have access to CertiVault, you may request account deletion by contacting Combat Gear Solutions.

What is deleted
When account deletion is completed, CertiVault deletes the account and associated CertiVault user data, including credential records and associated stored credential images where applicable.
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or purchase and entitlement integrity, as described in the CertiVault Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your CertiVault account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
If you have an active CertiVault subscription, you should separately manage or cancel it through your Google Play account to prevent future charges.
