TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CertiVault, a mobile application provided by Combat Gear Solutions LLC (“Combat Gear Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating a CertiVault account or using CertiVault, you agree to these Terms.
1. CertiVault Service
CertiVault is designed to help users organize and manage professional licenses, certifications, credentials, expiration dates, notes, and related documentation.
CertiVault is an organizational tool. It is not an issuing authority, licensing agency, certification body, government agency, or official source for determining whether a credential is valid, current, accepted, or legally sufficient.
Users are responsible for verifying credential information directly with the applicable issuing authority when necessary.
2. User Accounts
Certain CertiVault features require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for the accuracy of information you provide or store through CertiVault.
You may not use another person’s account without authorization or attempt to access another user’s CertiVault information.
3. User-Provided Information
You control the credential, license, certification, note, document, image, and other information that you choose to add to CertiVault.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or store information and materials through the service.
Combat Gear Solutions does not independently verify the accuracy, validity, authenticity, or legal status of user-entered credential information.
4. CertiVault Free and Pro
CertiVault may offer both free functionality and optional paid CertiVault Pro access.
CertiVault Pro may provide access to additional features or increased credential-management capacity.
Available plans, features, prices, and billing periods are presented through the application and applicable app store at the time of purchase.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions for the Android version of CertiVault are processed through Google Play.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment methods are managed through the user’s Google Play account and are also subject to Google’s applicable terms.
A subscription may continue to renew until canceled through Google Play according to the terms presented at purchase.
Deleting your CertiVault account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
6. Restore Purchases
CertiVault may provide functionality for restoring eligible purchases associated with an applicable app-store account.
Purchase restoration is subject to the applicable app store’s purchase records and the account and entitlement systems used by CertiVault.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use CertiVault to:
Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt CertiVault or its supporting systems
Circumvent access controls, subscription restrictions, or security mechanisms
Use the service for unlawful activity
Upload material that you do not have the right to store or use
8. Account Deletion
CertiVault provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account.
Information about account deletion is available through the CertiVault application and the Combat Gear Solutions Delete Account page.
Account deletion and data handling are further described in the CertiVault Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, maintain, or discontinue features of CertiVault as the service evolves.
We may also perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or compatibility with third-party services.
We do not guarantee that CertiVault will be available without interruption or error at all times.
10. No Professional or Licensing Advice
CertiVault provides organizational functionality only.
Information displayed by CertiVault, including expiration dates or status information derived from user-entered data, should not be treated as legal, professional, regulatory, licensing, or certification advice.
Users remain responsible for complying with the requirements of their employers, licensing authorities, certification bodies, regulators, and other applicable organizations.
11. Third-Party Services
CertiVault relies on third-party services for certain functionality, including services related to authentication, data hosting, storage, purchases, and subscriptions.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimer
CertiVault is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Combat Gear Solutions does not guarantee that information entered by users will be accurate, complete, current, or accepted by any employer, licensing authority, certification body, government agency, or other third party.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Combat Gear Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, CertiVault.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as CertiVault changes or as legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.
