Veteran Gear Solutions intends to offer affordable $20 T-shirts while keeping costs sustainable and maximizing financial contributions to organizations helping veterans. We will distinguish funds generated by qualifying merchandise purchases from donations actually transferred and verified. The initiative is operated by Combat Gear Solutions LLC, not a separate nonprofit.

Confirmed qualifying shirts generate contributions after actual expenses. Refunds and cancellations reverse the associated amounts. We intend to transfer accumulated funds monthly; the calendar alone never verifies payment. Pending balances decrease only after verified transfers, including partial payments. Historical payments remain separate from purchase-generated contributions and later adjustments. This prototype has no live ledger.
